My favorite Spirit Shadows photograph and my #1 seller is a homage to Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion ride that my grandfather helped construct. It’s a solo endeavor and the hardest shot I’ve ever done. This is attempt number eight, and it’s my third night in the graveyard. This eighty-minute exposure was taken between midnight and 1:20 a.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery in Santa Monica, California. There's no digital trickery. From the camera, I can’t see anything in the shot. It takes about forty-minutes to create all the characters on the tombstones.
